Our Quality Assurance Process
Our structural steel designs, modeling and detailing are created using advanced CAD/CAM software and Tekla (Modeling and Detailing), ensuring precision and efficiency from model to project delivery.
All designs structural designs undergo through systematic structural analysis to meet international standards such as AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and EN (European Norms) standards
2. Material InspectionWe source only the highest-quality raw materials from reputed suppliers in KSA and Mills across the word.
Every consignments of raw material are inspected for chemical conformation, mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy before being taken for production and delivery.
3. Fabrication AccuracyOur fabrication facilities are equipped with CNC machines, Auto welding systems, and automated cutting tools to ensure accuracy and reliability in production.
All fabricated steel materials undergo through dimensional checks, Visual inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) to confirm they meet design specifications and needs.
4. Surface Treatment and Protection coatingWe use steel shot blasting and painting systems to apply anti-corrosion coatings, guaranteeing long-lasting ,durability and protection against harsh environmental conditions.
5. Final Inspection and TestingAll items undergo inspection prior to the post-processing to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
